Julie Hamburger, LIMHP

Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner - Co-Owner

Julie is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and co-owner of Pathways to Hope. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach.

Julie earned her training at Chadron State College and completed additional advanced training through the Munroe-Meyer Institute at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also incorporating person-centered interventions that prioritize a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

A rural Nebraska native, Julie is deeply committed to serving individuals and families in our community. She believes in creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Natalie Mundt Waldron, MA, LMHP, CPC

Masters in Counseling, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Certified Professional Counselor

Natalie brings more than 18 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology (with a Concentration in Social Psychology) and Criminal Justice (with an Emphasis in Corrections) from Chadron State College in 1993, followed by a Master of Arts in Community Agency Counseling from CSC in 1998.

Natalie has worked in a wide range of settings—including correctional facilities, group homes, schools, hospitals, community agencies, and private practice—across Arizona, Minnesota, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. Her diverse background allows her to meet clients where they are and provide practical, compassionate support.

She specializes in helping clients navigate attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life adjustments, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. Natalie is dedicated to helping people build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based, offering a safe space for clients of all ages to grow and heal.

Amy Langford, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner

Amy is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals across the lifespan. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive counseling tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Amy specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including (but not limited to):
• Anxiety Disorders
• Depression
• Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Bipolar Disorder
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Dual Diagnosis
• Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders
• Persistent and complex mental health conditions

With a warm, nonjudgmental approach, Amy works collaboratively with clients to help them stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and improve their overall quality of life. She is committed to making mental health care accessible and supportive for individuals and families throughout Western Nebraska.

Ashley Mack

Co-Owner, Pathways to Hope

With over 20 years of experience in medical billing and credentialing, Ashley is a highly skilled professional recognized for her expertise in revenue cycle management, provider enrollment, and insurance compliance. As a co-owner of Pathways to Hope and the owner of Cognitive Billing Inc., she brings extensive knowledge and leadership to the administrative and operational side of mental health care.

Ashley has successfully navigated the complexities of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance systems, ensuring smooth provider onboarding and timely reimbursements. Her work supports both clinicians and clients by maintaining efficient processes, reducing barriers to care, and promoting financial stability within the practice.

Dedicated, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to supporting accessible mental health services, Ashley plays a vital role in ensuring Pathways to Hope runs smoothly and continues to grow.

Kaytlin Norris

Clinic Office Manager/Social Media Director

Kaytlin, our Clinic Office Manager/Social Media Director, is dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support and fostering a welcoming, compassionate environment for both clients and staff.

As the Social Media Director, she is passionate about keeping clients and Nebraska residents informed by sharing valuable mental health resources, wellness tips, and updates from the clinic.

Kaytlin is also a Chadron State College student working toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health provider herself, further deepening her commitment to helping others on their mental health journeys.

Bailie Staab, PLDAC

Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Bailie specializes in substance use disorders, with experience with youth in the justice system. Bailie graduated from Western Nebraska Community College with an Associate's of Arts in Human Services in 2023. Bailie is now accepting new patients for Telehealth appointments.
